Whether the recording is a solo piano, or a symphony orchestra - we've been there and done it. We believe the secret to a good recording is to understand the music, which is why all of our engineers are classically trained musicians. By understanding the music you play, we also understand what you want out of the recording, helping us to produce the best possible results.
Our classical recordings tend to fall into two categories - concerts and sessions. Concerts tend to be simpler and cheaper to record, but with more logistical problems, such as audience noise. Sessions tend to take a lot longer, but with more time to perfect the performances, clients tend to be happier with the results. If you're not sure which type you are after, then we would be happy to discuss the various advantages and disadvantages with you.
If you don't have a venue in mind for recording, we can provide one too - our previous recordings have taken us to many churches and concert halls with fantastic acoustics.
